Managing Director

Patrick Hanraty

Patrick has more than 30 years of experience in business, private equity, and investment banking. Most recently, he was at ICR, a leading global strategic communications and advisory firm. His background includes fifteen years at PNC, where he served as a Managing Director at Harris Williams, a sell-side investment bank, and as a Managing Director at Solebury Capital, an equity capital markets advisory firm. Prior to that, Patrick was a Founder of Milestone Partners, a middle-market private equity fund, and COMMAC, a commercial mortgage securitization firm. He co-founded COMMAC alongside Bill Seidman, a former Chair of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Patrick has also guest lectured at Yale University, the University of Pennsylvania, Villanova University, and other institutions of higher learning.
