Prior to that, Patrick was a Founder of Milestone Partners, a middle-market private equity fund, and COMMAC, a commercial mortgage securitization firm. He co-founded COMMAC alongside Bill Seidman, a former Chair of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Patrick has also guest lectured at Yale University, the University of Pennsylvania, Villanova University, and other institutions of higher learning.
