Blue Edge Growth Advisors launches to guide companies in strategic business expansion 

Blue Edge Growth Advisors, a subsidiary of DLA Piper, provides cutting-edge consultancy and comprehensive financial advisory services to businesses aiming for exponential growth.  

The advisory firm guides companies that are anticipating a near-term move – whether going public or selling – to help them optimize opportunity. From initial assessments of growth options through project execution, the Blue Edge Growth Advisors team coaches and advises companies, serving as a guide for navigating the complexity of capital markets and M&A transactions and providing connections to public markets, investment banks, legal teams, and other strategic advisors.  

Managing Director Patrick Hanraty has more than 30 years of business, private equity, and investment banking experience. Immediately prior to Blue Edge Growth Advisors, Hanraty was a managing director with ICR, coordinating the company’s relationships with private equity and venture capital firms. He also spent time at PNC integrating their Corporate Finance businesses and as a managing director at both Harris Williams (a sell-side investment bank) and Solebury Capital (an Equity Capital Markets firm). Early in his career, Mr. Hanraty assisted in the formation and growth of Milestone Partners, a middle-market private equity fund.
